I am a Professor of EU Law at the University Complutense of Madrid. For the past years I have worked as a legal secretary at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Previously, besides my academic work, I was a legal advisor at the Spanish Ministry of the Presidency, where I also had lots and lots of fun.

This blog is mostly about EU Law, but every now and then I might diverge a little for the sake of entertainment and for my own mental health. I hope you enjoy, just as I will also try to do so myself. After all, that’s what blogging is all about, amusement and fun, so please do not take my comments as anything too serious. They are just the reflexions of an overworked EU lawyer struggling to make sense of where on earth EU Law is going, but avoiding by all means to lose his mind while at it.
